Delivery Policy

We currently offer online delivery services within Australia only. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

SHIPPING RATES

$10 AUD Australian Post standard shipping for all orders under $45 AUD

Free standard shipping for all orders over $45 AUD.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days after dispatch.

During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas), delivery may take longer. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days to avoid delays.

If your order has not arrived within 14 days, please contact us for assistance.

ORDER CHANGES & ADDRESS UPDATES

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, so changes may not always be possible. If you need to update your shipping address or modify your order, please email us at info@morimoon.com.au as soon as possible.

ORDER NOT DELIVERED OR DAMAGED

If your order is delayed, damaged, or has any issues, please reach out to our team at info@morimoon.com, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship outside Australia.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Morimoon, we take great care in preparing and packing each order. Please review our returns and exchanges policy carefully before making a purchase.


Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, we offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required (such as an order confirmation, invoice, or other valid purchase record)

  • Any complimentary or promotional items included with the order must also be returned, unused and unopened

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • All returns and exchanges must be approved prior to being sent back

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.


Faulty, Damaged, or Not as Described Items

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

If your item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or significantly different from its description, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

For valid consumer guarantee claims:

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Original packaging, complimentary items, or a printed invoice are not required

  • Return shipping costs will be covered where applicable

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Important Notes

  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted

  • Items returned used, opened, or damaged may be refused for change of mind returns

  • Change of mind returns are offered at our discretion

  • This policy applies to online orders shipped within Australia only

Under Australian Consumer Law, retailers are not required to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind purchases.
Our change of mind policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
