We currently offer online delivery services within Australia only. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

SHIPPING RATES

$10 AUD Australian Post standard shipping for all orders under $59 AUD

Free standard shipping for all orders over $59 AUD.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days after dispatch.

During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas), delivery may take longer. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days to avoid delays.

If your order has not arrived within 14 days, please contact us for assistance.

ORDER CHANGES & ADDRESS UPDATES

ORDER NOT DELIVERED OR DAMAGED

Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 7 days of receiving it, subject to the following conditions:

To request a return or exchange, please email info@morimoon.com.au with your order details. Let us know if you prefer a refund or an exchange.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original sealed packaging, and returned with the printed invoice.

Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order included a Gift With Purchase, it must also be returned unopened to be eligible for a refund.

We do not accept international returns. Only orders shipped within Australia are eligible for return.

Returns or exchanges for products purchased on www.morimoon.com.au cannot be processed in physical retail stores.
